Organize work into columns so a team can see what needs attention and what is moving forward.

Real-time synchronization

WebSocket updates keep connected clients informed when shared tasks change.

Responsive interactions

Optimistic UI updates make changes feel immediate while the server reconciles shared state.

The engineering challenge

Keeping optimistic updates consistent when multiple people edit a board. I focused on reconciling server events without duplicate updates or jarring changes in the interface.

Explore calendar integrations and improve the experience for mobile users.
